Q. What do the units do?

Our potato ovens are specially designed to bake potatoes to perfection. All of our ovens have an oven compartment which uses unique air flow technology to give a crisp, crunchy skin and fluffy inside with no hot spots. They also have a merchandising compartment to keep bake potatoes warm and present them to customers.

 

Q. How do I order?

You can contact us via email at: www.royalovens.com to arrange payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Alternatively we can accept e-Transfers direct to info@royalovens.com or direct deposit via your bank.

 

Q. Do Royal Potato Ovens provide financing?

We do not provide financing.

 

Q. How do you deliver?

Q. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver direct to any location you need, anywhere in North America. Delivery takes approximately 10-15 business days.

 

Q. Are the units portable?

Yes, the units can be moved. There are no installation or fitting requirements other than plugging the units in.

 

Q. Do you provide Gas and/or Propane units?

We currently do not provide any gas units.

 

Q. Do the units have a warranty?

Yes, the units come with a 1 year warranty. Please consult the Royal Potato Ovens Incorporated terms and condition.

 

Q. Do the units come with any certification?

Yes, The units come with ETL certification for sale in both the USA and Canada and also NSF certification.

 

Q. Do the electric units need ventilation?

No. The units only bi-product is some steam that comes from the chimney when cooking.

 

Q. How long do the potatoes take to cook?

Approximately 45 mins.

 

Q. Do you need to prepare the potatoes before cooking them?

No. The potatoes cook in their own steam, wrapping them or piercing them is not required.
